LB-P Asset Management is a portfolio management company certified by the French Autorité des Marchés Financiers, (i.e., by the French Financial Markets’ Authority), under the number GP06000017, since 10^th July 2006.

LB-P Asset Management is a LB-P Group’s subsidiary, founded with the aim of offering the market an integrated offer of high added value financial services in the real estate sector. Its range extends from financial engineering to fund management. Jacques Lebhar, former CEO of Entenial Bank, chairs the group. Through its original business model, the LB-P Group aims to offer a global approach to real estate issues, and to provide customised financial solutions, while working with the best experts in the real estate market.
LB-P Asset Management:

• Manages an UCITS Fund (Euro Immo-Scope) invested in the shares of listed companies that belong to the value chain of real estate industries of the European Economic Area
• Manages regulated funds invested in unlisted securities in the real estate rental sector in OPPCI form
• Develops diversified Professional Specialized Funds (SPF) that issue unlisted financial securities on real estate themes
